Smart safes · Same-day settlement · United Kingdom

Your takings, treated like treasure.

Tresora puts a smart safe on your premises — at the till, in the cash office, wherever the money already ends up at the end of a shift. It counts, validates and secures every note of cash as your team drops it in — and the money is credited with same-day value* — in your account by midday the next working day, without a single trip to a branch.

Installed in a morning · Insured collections · One all-in rate · Full audit trail

What we do

One machine, one collection, one rate

We replace the counting, the bank runs and the opaque bank charges with a single arrangement you can actually read on one page.

A smart safe on your premises

Staff feed takings straight in at the till. The safe validates every note — counterfeits rejected — counts to the penny and locks the notes away. Shrinkage and till discrepancies drop the day it's installed.

Same-day value, in by 4pm

Deposit by 4pm on a working day and it is credited with that day's value*, in your account by midday the next morning. Your money is working from the day you take it — not from whenever a courier or a bank clerk gets round to it.

One simple all-in rate

One blended rate covering everything, agreed up front and falling as your volume grows. Around 30% less than the bank route on average, once staff time and losses are counted, with your projected saving shown before you sign. No hidden bank fees.

How it works

Four steps, none involving a deposit bag and a car park

The branch route in five steps compared with the Tresora route in four: take the money, drop it in the safe, credited with same-day value, we collect.
The same money, two routes. Nobody on your payroll leaves the building.
01

We install

Site survey, then a smart safe sized to your takings is installed and your team trained — typically inside a morning.

02

You deposit

Drop takings in as you trade. The safe validates, counts and time-stamps every deposit automatically.

03

We collect

A national cash-in-transit partner empties the safe on a schedule that suits your volumes — insured door to door. The safe also calls for itself: at around 60–70% full it alerts the provider and a collection is arranged.

04

You're credited

Funds are credited with same-day value* and in your bank by midday the next working day, and every deposit appears in your portal with a full audit trail.

The numbers

What handling your takings really costs — and what you save

Banks charge £1 to £1.50 per £100 just in deposit fees — then you pay again in staff hours counting, trips to the branch, shrinkage and counterfeits. Tresora replaces the whole stack with one arrangement — collection, insurance, settlement and reporting all in — and the average site ends up around 30% better off.

Compliance

More than a safe — your evidence trail

Regulation is tightening across Europe. A Tresora deposit is machine-validated and time-stamped, so your ledger becomes your evidence.

“Every note accounted for. Every deposit provable.”

Banks increasingly demand documented source-of-funds from businesses that take notes, and regulators are capping and reporting over-the-counter transactions across Europe. Tresora's deposit ledger gives you a clean, independent record of every pound — when it was taken, when it was validated, and when it was banked.

What you get every month

  • A one-page statement — every deposit, all-in cost, and what you saved against your old arrangement.
  • Online portal access: settlements, invoices and deposit history, live.
  • A quarterly savings report built from your own deposit data.
  • An exportable audit trail for your accountant, your bank and HMRC.
