Who we are

Tresora Ltd ("Tresora") provides smart safes and cash management services to businesses in the United Kingdom. For data protection purposes we are the data controller for the information described here. Contact us at hello@tresora.co.uk.

What we collect

• Enquiry details — business name, your name and role, email, phone, postcode, website, number of sites, indicative cash volumes and anything you type into the message box.
• Assessment and quote data — figures gathered during a site survey so we can price accurately.
• Service records, if you become a customer — deposits, collections, settlements and invoices.

Why we hold it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare an assessment and quote, deliver the service if you buy it, and meet our legal duties — including know-your-customer and anti-money-laundering obligations that apply to cash handling. Our lawful bases are your consent for marketing contact, the performance of a contract for service delivery, our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and legal obligation for compliance records.

Who sees it

Enquiries are stored in our customer records system. Where delivering the service requires it, details are shared with the cash-in-transit and settlement partners handling your site, and with our accountants and professional advisers. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become customers are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Customer records are kept for the contract term plus the period our legal, tax and anti-money-laundering obligations require — generally six years.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, object to processing, or withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Email hello@tresora.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in order to serve them. Nothing you type into the estimate calculator leaves your browser unless you submit the enquiry form.
