Portal questions
Good to know
Is there a charge for the portal?
No. Portal access is part of the service, for every site and every person you add.
How up to date is it?
Deposits show as the safe validates them. Settlements show when they are paid into your bank, and collections when they are booked.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. It works in any modern browser on a phone, tablet or computer. There is nothing to install.
Can my accountant have a login?
Yes. You choose who gets access and what each person can see, for example statements and exports only.
We have several sites. Can I see them together?
Yes. Groups see every site in one view, with totals, and can open any single site for the detail.
What if a safe goes offline?
Deposits are stored safely in the machine and sent when the connection returns. The portal shows the safe as offline, so you know straight away.
