Pricing & savings
One blended rate. Everything in it.
One all-in rate — safe, validation, insured collection, settlement and reporting included — falling as your volume grows. Put your own numbers in below and see what you would keep.
Estimate
What would Tresora cost you?
An indicative figure in ten seconds. Your real quote comes from a site assessment and is priced on your actual volumes — this is here so you know roughly where you stand first.
Notes deposited — not card takings.
Per cent of the value deposited — £1 to £1.50 per £100 is typical for UK business banking. Check a recent statement if you can — most people guess low.
Counting up, bagging, reconciling, driving to the branch and queueing. Costed at £14.50 an hour fully loaded.
Indicative only — see the note at the foot of this page.
The rate card
Volume brings the rate down
There is one rate and it covers everything — validation, insured cash-in-transit collection, insurance in transit, settlement and reporting. It is quoted on your actual volumes after a site survey, and it falls automatically as your processed volume rises, at the review points set out in your agreement.
| Annual notes processed | Band | What changes |
|---|---|---|
| Up to £2m | Standard | Your opening rate, fixed in writing before you sign |
| £2m – £5m | Volume | Rate steps down at the first review point in your agreement |
| Over £5m | Volume plus | Lowest band, reviewed alongside your collection schedule and machine |
We do not publish a rate card, because a rate quoted without seeing your site is a guess. What we will tell you before the survey is the shape of it: one all-in figure per £100 processed, no separate line for collection or insurance, and around 30% less than the branch route on average, once staff time and losses are counted. Every site is priced on its own numbers — the aim is a rate that genuinely saves you money and a service that turns up when it says it will, not a figure that looks good on a website. Your rate and any safe rental are confirmed in writing on your quote.
What's included
Included in the rate — and what isn't
In the rate
- Note validation, counting and secure storage on your premises
- Insured cash-in-transit collection on your agreed schedule, including the automatic collection the safe calls for itself when it approaches capacity
- Same-day value on validated deposits, in your bank by midday the next working day*
- Online portal: deposits, settlements, invoices and history
- Monthly statement and quarterly savings report
- Staff training at installation and on request afterwards
Quoted separately, if they apply
- Safe rental, where the machine specified for your site carries one
- Installation, where a site needs building or electrical work
- Collections needed because a site is regularly holding more than the maximum agreed in your contract
- Coin handling, assessed site by site
Every one of these appears on your quote before you sign. Nothing appears on a Tresora invoice that was not on the quote.
